Cancellation and Refund Policy

At Coinexo International Software Services Pvt Ltd, we strive to provide transparent and fair cancellation and refund policies to ensure a seamless experience for our clients. Please read the following terms carefully before proceeding with any subscription or service:

1. Cancellation Policy

1.1. Cancellation Request:

• You may cancel any subscription or service at any time. However, the eligibility for a refund depends on the progress of the work.

• If the work completed by Coinexo exceeds 50%, no refund will be issued upon cancellation.

• If the work completed is less than 50%, a partial refund may be issued after deducting applicable costs and payment gateway charges.

1.2. Cancellation Within 24 Hours:

• If you cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, you may be eligible for a refund after deducting payment gateway charges.

• No refund will be issued if the work has already been delivered within the 24-hour period.

1.3. Mid-Order Cancellation:

• If a cancellation request is made during the execution of an order, you will be charged for the work completed up to the point of cancellation.

2. Refund Policy

2.1. Eligibility for Refund:

• Refunds are only applicable under the following conditions:

  • The work has not exceeded 50% completion.

  • The cancellation request is made within 24 hours of placing the order (subject to payment gateway charges).

  • Coinexo fails to deliver or complete the project due to internal reasons.

2.2. Non-Refundable Scenarios:

• No refund will be issued if:

  • The work has been fully delivered.

  • The work completed exceeds 50%.

  • A chargeback or refund request is initiated after the work has been delivered within 24 hours.

2.3. Refund Process:

• To request a refund, you must send an email to info@coinexo.in with your order details and reason for cancellation.

• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7-10 business days after approval.

3. Chargeback and Legal Action

3.1. Chargeback Policy:

• If a chargeback or refund request is initiated after the work has been delivered within 24 hours, Coinexo reserves the right to take legal action. Such actions may be deemed as an attempt to harm the company’s reputation, and you may be held liable for damages.

3.2. Legal Recourse:

• Coinexo reserves the right to pursue legal action in cases of fraudulent chargebacks, misuse of services, or any attempt to damage the company’s reputation.

4. Project Non-Completion by Coinexo

• In the rare event that Coinexo is unable to fulfill or develop the project due to internal reasons, you will be entitled to a full refund.

5. KYC Requirement

• No work will commence without the completion of KYC (Know Your Customer) verification. This is a mandatory step to ensure transparency and security for both parties.

6. Dispute Resolution

• Any disputes regarding cancellations, refunds, or services must be communicated to Coinexo via email at info@coinexo.in. We will make every effort to resolve the issue amicably.
